Personalization Information

Q: I forgot to enter information in the "Notes to Seller" box - how can I send that to you?

No problem! Just send us an Etsy Conversation with the information you need to add and we'll add it to your order. 

Q: How do I send you the photo for the back of my invitation or my thank you card?

Photos can be emailed to customercare@seapaperdesigns.com with your order number in the subject line

Q: How do I send my addresses for the recipient addressing I purchased?

Please send them in spreadsheet format to customercare@seapaperdesigns.com with your order number in the subject line. Data must be separated in the following columns: name, address line 1, address line 2, city, state, zip, country (if applicable). 

Proofs

Q: When can I expect to receive my proofs & how?

You can expect your proofs within 2 business days (Mon-Fri) with our standard turnaround. We can rush your proofs sooner than the 2 business days, only if you have purchased the additional rush proof listing here: http://etsy.me/2q4JRi4. Proofs are sent in Etsy, through Etsy Conversations. 

Q: It has been two business days, where is my proof?

We work through orders in the process in which they were received, we can assure you we do have your order and we will be sending you a proof. We are a team of 5 mommas who work around our children's nap schedules. We often work late into the evenings after our babies go to bed to be sure our customers can get their orders completed in a timely manner. Because of this, you can expect your proofs to arrive as late as 11:59 pm on the second business day after placing you order. 

Q: Can you send me my proof faster than two business days?

Sure! You can rush your proofs, printing or shipping here: http://etsy.me/2q4JRi4 If you choose to rush proofs, you will receive them within 24 business hours after placing your order. 

Revisions

Q: I have revisions/changes to my proof, how do I send them?

Send your change requests back in a response back to us in the Etsy Conversation the you received your proof. Please be sure to look over the text and every detail of your item to be sure it's exactly the way you would like it to be when printed.

Q: How long does it take for revisions to be made?

Please allow up to 1 full business day for your revisions to be made, if you purchased your item with standard turnaround.

Q: How many revisions can I make?

2 rounds of changes are included with your purchase, any additional revisions may be purchased at a fee of $5 per round. It's important to be sure any changes you have are sent to us after seeing the first or second proof in order to prevent additional revision fees from incurring. 

Approval & Printing

Q: How do I send my approval on items so that they can be printed?

Reply to the message that contains the items that you approving for print with "I approve for print" or "I approve". If you reply with something along the lines of "looks great!' we will follow up to be sure you are ready for us to print. This is to be sure that we have your clear approval on items before we print. Nothing will print until you have seen and approved all items in your order.

Q: How long will my order take to print?

Items take between 2-3 full business day after approving the item to print, with our standard turnaround process. If you are on a tight timeline, please purchase rush. Otherwise, with our standard turnaround your items may take up to 3 business days for the printing.

 Q: Can you print it faster than 2-3 business days? 

Sure! We offer next business day printing to those who purchase rush. Meaning your order is guaranteed to print the next business day after you approve your items. Rush proofs, printing & shipping can be purchased here: http://etsy.me/2q4JRi4 If you approve your items in the morning, there is definitely a chance we can get it printed up the same day. 

Shipping & Delivery

Q: When will my items ship?

It takes 2-3 full business days after your approval on the time for your items to print, unless you've chosen to rush your printing. 

Q: How long does your standard shipping take?

Shipping takes 2-5 business days, depending on where you are located. We ship out of Alabama via FedEx Ground. Please see the map below for transit times based on location.

Q: Can I rush ship my items?

Of course! We over overnight shipping and it can be purchased here: http://etsy.me/2q4JRi4 Rush, overnight shipping can be purchased up until the time that you approve your items. Once you have approved, it cannot be added. Rush shipping does not speed up the actual proof or print process. You can add rush proofs & printing as well using the rush listing on Etsy. With overnight shipping, packages are delivered Monday-Friday, not on weekends.

Q. I haven't received my tracking number for shipping yet, can you update me on the status of my order?

If you have not received your tracking number that means that your order is still in the printing phase and has not shipped. We are not able to provide any more details for your order or tell you what day they will ship. Your order will ship within 2-3 business days after your approval on the item if you purchased standard turnaround or the next business day after your your approval on the item if you purchased rush shipping. We assure you, we will send your tracking as soon as your items have shipped. Some tracking notifications maybe sent out in the evenings, even if they have shipped during the day. We appreciate your patience while your items are being printed.
